Viticulture and Vino

Southern Utah’s newest vineyard, called Mindira, is located on the banks of the Virgin River, in Rockville, just outside Zion National Park. It is a young vineyard but the location is second to none. we held the event here last year and so those that planted vines can come back and check their progress this year. Once again, Digby’s Market will be bringing another fantastic picnic feast for all to enjoy and I/G Winery will bringing their award winning wines.  A fun twist on this years event will be to try different sauces (hand made by Digby’s Executive Chef, Heidi Orr) as Winemaker Caitie Sorrels walks you through a taste experience showing how wines and sauces together can make significant differences on the final tastes of the foods they are paired with.  Anyone that was there last year knows you do not want to miss this lunch.
