Red Acre Farm, a diversified biodynamic CSA farm located in the pastoral Cedar Valley, invites Festival goers back to the Farm for the third year. Setting the table under the sky for a Farm to Fork Dinner, Utah wines paired with each course. Nips (passed) & Sips served before you gather for a farm tour. Sit-down dinner served family-style (or farm-style). Discussion and questions from the guests will be encouraged. The dinner will be spontaneous and of the season. Farmer and chef Sara Patterson will create the menu with ingredients dictated by what is freshly harvested from the Farm. The menu will include full vegetarian & Vegan options and grass-fed meat dishes. A menu will be on the table that evening.
